The ‘MainStreet’ project was built in Custom PHP framework and MySQL database. The idea behind this web app is to acquire and manage mid-market rental apartment buildings primarily in Western Canada.

Mainstreet specialize in investing in older mid-market rental properties, repositioning them to provide comfortable and well-managed rentals.

They purchase distressed properties and create value in assets many other companies overlook. Once acquired they improve the properties and provide them to tenants at affordable rates.
